Under the agreement, Service USA Inc will provide preventative and predictive maintenance as well as warranty and non-warranty onsite repair services for OEM Warranty Risk customers. Service USA Inc's help desk and product support; as well as parts management services including, advance exchange, hot swap, onsite repair service, depot repair service and product warranty services.
