LEXINGTON, KY, July 22, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ELAN Home Systems and sister companies Sunfire , HomeLogic , and ATON capped their highly successful "Takin' it to the Streets" 2009 North American road show with an industry first YouTube.com drawing for over $30,000 in prizes for its Dealers. The highly anticipated 8PM (EDT) July 16th drawing was seen by The ELAN Group of Companies' Dealers from across the United States and Canada. The event followed the final stop of the Group's 45 city tour that began March 11th in Orlando Florida and ended in Calgary, Alberta Canada July 14th. The drawing was hosted by Paul Starkey, ELAN's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing with a special guest appearance by ELAN's President and Chief Technical Officer Bob Farinelli, who drew the eleven lucky winners from the Group's International headquarters in Lexington Kentucky.

Grand prize winners included Tom Corcoran of Audio Video Environments, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin and Ron Huntley of Creative Home Systems, Calgary, Alberta Canada who each won a Doobie Brothers package featuring a pair of concert tickets, airfare and hotel accommodations to see the group perform in Chicago this summer - along with the band's signature wine from B.R. Cohn Winery. Mr. Kyle Thomas of Sound Concepts, Jonesburg, Arkansas won the exclusive Dealer Day with ELAN's President Bob Farinelli.

Mr. Starkey opened the eight minute program with heartfelt thanks to the over 2,000 Dealers who made the tour the most successful in the history of the ELAN Group of Companies. "Takin' it to the Streets covered 20,000 miles and forty-eight cities in ten weeks ," quipped Mr. Starkey. "It gave us a wonderful launch for our 42 new Power of Three products along with a great response to our ATON line that caught a lot of eyes. Our biggest payoff though was getting over 12,000 hours of face time with our best friends. We hope our outreach is working and all of our dealers are seeing good results."

Mr. Farinelli added, "'Taking it to the Streets' was a huge undertaking and represents one of the most successful Dealer outreach programs we have ever implemented. So when it came time to wrap up the tour, we knew we had to do something special so we decided on the industry's first YouTube presentation and drawing. Thanks to everyone - it's been a great trip."

Alexander Christian of Wire Audio, Wood Dale, Illinois was all smiles over his win of a HomeLogic fully-loaded Mobile "iCool" Control package as was Joe Neese of Entertainment Technology, Loganville, Georgia for his ATON CAT5 Digital Audio System. HomeLogic also gave away four Apple iPod touches, pre-loaded with their extremely popular HomeLogic Mobile Control App to winners Raymond Sloan of Nelson Jones Electric, Ringgold Georgia; Wayne Tomblin of Audio Video Environments, Shelton, Connecticut; Drew Huett of DeBoard Electronics, Conway, Arkansas; Steve Holt of Clear Image AV, Roseville, California.
