A seasoned business professional, Ms. Eldridge has honed her expertise in all areas of distribution and sales management, with the current emphasis on supply chain management. She has devoted much of her career to Avnet Electronics, a leading provider of electronic components, design chain and supply chain solutions where she held positions of Area Business Development Manager, District Manager, Area Director and EMS Western Area Director. Today, she serves as the company's Western Area Director of Supply Chain Solutions, a leadership role that involves working with her Supply Chain Solutions Managers, the sales organization, and the supplier community to develop and design industry leading solutions to meet specific customer challenges. Ms. Eldridge attributes her success to her unrivaled passion for her work, the experience gained from 20+ years in the electronics industry and her commitment to all business constituents. In 1980, Ms. Eldridge earned a Bachelor of Science from Loyola Marymount University. She remains current in her industry through affiliation with Women in Technology International and LinkedIn.
